Linda Tyler is Group Executive Director for New Product Development in the Higher Education Division at ETS submitted an article to the University of Southern Carolina's National Resource Center which featured the Partnership's ICT Literacy Assessment.  The article was distributed through the center's First-Year Assessment Listserv.
