This past June, the Partnership for 21st Century Skills hosted the National Summit as well as the Cyber Summit on 21st Century Skills. With the help of over 400 participants in Washington D.C. and 3,000 online, a nation-wide dialogue is developing to engage our nation's leadership in forwarding the 21st century skills movement and promote a National Action Agenda at the national, state, and local levels.

Take action.

To give our students the education they need to succeed in the world that awaits them, we must develop ways to understand the criteria needed for their success. The Partnership for 21st Century Skills has put forth these National Action Agenda Principles to clearly define and advance 21st century skills and education in the United States. Our goal is to seek out and develop ways in which states, school districts, educators, organizations and policy makers can collaborate to build an educational system that better prepares our students for the world that awaits them.

Why should your organization become a signatory?

We ask that you to take action and be recognized as a forward-thinking supporter of the National Action Agenda Principles. In adding your organization to the list of supporters, you have much to gain:

• You will be helping to advance these principles, nationwide.

• You will be taking part in setting clear, achievable goals for developing an educational system that will truly meet the needs of our nation's students in the 21st century.

• You will be demonstrating the forward-thinking nature of your organization and your support of a positive future for education in the United States.

1)    Download the National Action Agenda document and deliver it to the person with the authority to add your organization’s name to the attached document’s signatory page. Appropriate individuals might be C-level executives, directors or high level managers—someone with the authority to speak on behalf of your organization or business.

 2)    Ask that they simply fill out the information and paste in a graphic of their signature.

 3)    Save and send the document back to nationalactionagenda@eluminategroup.com.

The Partnership for 21st Century Skills will then respond for verification.
